Which material is used for the Q-frame? »»

SMC (Solid Mould Compound), polyester enforced with glass fiber.

How is the Q-frame produced? »»

The production method used is mould pressing.

Which material is used for the blades? »»

Depending on the application polypropylene, polypropylene with glass fiber, nylon or aluminum is used.

Are the blades injection molded? »»

Yes, at the own production facilities.

What type of paint is used? »»

Hammer scale paint.

Can the motor be repainted? »»

Repainting of the motor is no problem, when considering the necessary quality levels.

Are the bearings available on the market? »»

Although the bearings have standard sizes, it is not standard available, since for the Multifan line special grease, tolerances, tightnings and material is used.

What is Multiwax and where is it used? »»

Multiwax is a coating spray protection against rust, wax based, which does not break or burst at changing temperatures. It is applied on the rotor and stator to prevent rust due to corrosion.

Is Multiwax as Teflon? »»

No, it is not a lubricant like Teflon.
